The website and all content are owned by V&A AGENCY AS or their affiliates. The information is protected by intellectual property law and marketing legislation. This means that product, trademarks, company names, designs including images and graphics, services and all other content on the site are not allowed copied or used without prior written consent from V&A AGENCY AS.
You must be at least 18 years old to order via www.crystalhazejewelry.com in accordance with Norwegian legislation, V&A AGENCY AS / CRYSTAL HAZE does not accept credit purchases for persons under 18 years of age. Crystal Haze reserves the right to refuse or amend your orders if necessary. (For example, if you have provided incorrect personal information.
BOOKING AND DELIVERY:
Domestic shipments: We ship all our domestic shipments via Bring or DHL Express. Please allow 1-3 business days for processing your order. Our express delivery guarantee delivery within 48h during business days.
International shipments: We ship all our international shipments via DHL Express. Please allow 1-3 business days for processing your order. Delivery time from when shipment is processed depends on location and varies between 1-7 business days. *All international customers are responsible for the duties and taxes on their shipment.
These provisions apply to goods in stock. This does not apply to goods that are not in the inventory. For example, if a reservation of a product is agreed (pre order) the delivery time mentioned above will not be applicable.

ANY CORRECTION AND RETURN:
International orders: All sales are final.
Domestic orders (Norway) Exchange is possible if product packaging is intact and not opened. Upon exchange, you as a customer have to pay for the return costs and provide tracking number by mail. The cost of the return of the exchange is not covered by Crystal Haze Jewelry
In order for the exchange to be approved, all products must be intact. This means that the packaging and content should be as it was sent out, unopened, without any damages on the product packaging and as new.
In case of any fault with items purchased the customer can claim the product to be faulty. We reserve the right to have the opportunity to fix the products so that it reflects the expectation of the product. If the product can not be fixed, the customer has the right to receive a new item.
If any fault or error with any items purchased from www.crystalhazejewelry.com the error must be reported within reasonable time. We will do our best to provide all of our customers the best customer experience possible. If any conflict will rise we will recommend proceedings with the Norwegian Consumer Agency for any conflict to be solved in the best interest of our customers.
We will do our best to provide best possible service for our customers. If any conflict will arise between customer and V&A AGENCY AS / Crystal Haze Jewelry we are open for conflict resolution through the consumer council if requested.
PICK-UP DEADLINE:
It is very important that packages are picked up within the pick up deadline. For packages that are not collected within the deadline Crystal Haze Jewelry / V&A Agency reserves the right to charge the customer for the return fee.
Information given when ordering and reserving goods will be stored and used for information and marketing statistics. We will not use the information to contact you in connection with promotions or other marketing.
TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS:
All printing errors are regrettable. This is something we strive to get done correctly. V&A AGENCY AS / Crystal Haze Jewelry accepts that typing errors or technical errors may occur. This may cause incorrect information about trade, shipping and product to occur.
